Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable AI systems and neural network architectures for large-scale deployment.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product line, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for low-latency, high-throughput inference.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of MLOps, distributed computing, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
