Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year foresight frameworks mapping technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and decentralized networks
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture bleeding-edge research
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops on exponential technologies and disruptive business models
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, environmental, technological) for early opportunity identification
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, climate tech, or quantum applications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Systems Mapping
