Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and macroeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Produce trend reports and predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Build innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate adaptation
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in next-generation technology deployment
- Mentor junior futurists on horizon scanning and pattern recognition techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Published research in futurism or innovation strategy journals
- Experience advising on ESG and climate adaptation strategies
