Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning research to identify and analyze emerging technologies, social trends, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Deliver keynote presentations and workshops to C-level leadership on future implications
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on transformative trends
- Collaborate with data scientists to quantify future market opportunities and risks
- Advolve cross-functional teams in translating foresight into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, market research, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in analytical tools (Tableau, Python, R)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from AC/ASF)
