Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build organizational foresight capabilities and future-proof business models
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation products and services aligned with long-term market evolution
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data-driven storytelling
- Establish global networks with futurists, technologists, and academic institutions to stay at the vanguard of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy (articles, white papers, books)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex scenario planning and trend analysis projects
