Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech/economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (e.g., TEDx, HBR)
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
