- Produce high-impact future-state roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Identify and mitigate emerging risks through systematic foresight methodologies
- Represent company vision at global innovation summits and industry forums
- Mentor teams in futures thinking and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025-2030 industry transformations
- Experience leading enterprise-level innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS preferred)
