Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop enterprise-wide ethics policies for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Represent NeuraFuture at global AI ethics summits and regulatory dialogues
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development methodologies
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Partner with legal teams to navigate emerging AI legislation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 7+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US regulations
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics (preferred)
- Experience with generative AI and autonomous system validation
