Responsibilities

- Ensure all AI systems are robust, ethical, secure, and compliant with emerging global data regulations.

- Drive innovation in natural language processing, computer vision, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience designing large-scale distributed systems and advanced AI architectures.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of deep learning, reinforcement learning, and edge computing paradigms.
- Strong grasp of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and articulate technical visions.
