Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and publish annual technology foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Design strategic frameworks for integrating breakthrough technologies into product ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Represent InnovateTech at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams on long-term technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to articulate ROI for futuristic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
