Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Design ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies deployment
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (quantum computing, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation disruption
