Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for future challenges
- Translate foresight insights into actionable strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development cycles
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience facilitating high-stakes strategic planning sessions
- Strong written and verbal communication with executive audience experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario-planning outputs
