- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Pioneer Horizon Labs' annual "Future State" thought leadership series
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or advanced technology planning
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (showcased in published reports)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum, synthetic biology, or metaverse
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-to-market implementations
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
