Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling business cases
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or relevant foresight methodology
- Track record of implementing multi-year strategies with measurable impact
