- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify and validate disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation lab team
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience with venture capital ecosystems and startup incubation
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
