Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and roadmapping
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused insights into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry innovators
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings to stakeholders
- Champion innovation culture through workshops and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published author in futurism or innovation domains
