Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ timelines, aligning with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenarios, risk mitigation, and opportunity identification
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry keynotes, and media partnerships
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive strategy development
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical shifts impacting industry landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with future-focused mandates
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex foresight into stakeholder action
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
