Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends across technology, society, and economics to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints using design thinking and agile methodologies
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and guide decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward proactive adaptation and continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
