Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, social, and economic trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership in industry publications and conferences
- Maintain trend intelligence dashboard using proprietary analytics tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (Web3, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Global perspective with cross-cultural trend analysis experience
