Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate vision
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on 4IR implications for key industries
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Mentor emerging talent in foresight methodologies and strategic innovation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/bio)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFS) or similar advanced credential
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and global policy landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or patented innovations
