Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing applications in healthcare and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen sustainable energy solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market trends
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board members
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, ESA, and other innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks across product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with UN SDG frameworks and ESG reporting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations
- Validated network of 50+ global tech innovators
