Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models on hybrid quantum-classical infrastructure.
- Lead the R&D team in developing proprietary algorithms for predictive analytics.
- Design system architectures that ensure high availability and low-latency processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) evolution.
- Optimize data pipelines for next-generation neural networks.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical standards for the department.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Quantum Computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is mandatory.
