Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Development: Spearhead research and development of advanced Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Continuously improve model latency, accuracy, and inference efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready features.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray).
- Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
