Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future paradigms
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping solutions for 2026 challenges (AI ethics, climate resilience, quantum integration)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision and stakeholder expectations
- Establish foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Present future-state scenarios to executive teams with actionable implementation strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and anticipatory design principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7+ years experience in corporate innovation, strategic planning, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-state strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
