Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Design adaptive strategy roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning across 3+ industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation priorities
- Produce annual '2026 State of the Future' intelligence reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Partner with R&D to incubate exponential technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruptive trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic vision implementation

- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future concepts to diverse audiences
