Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Horizon's 2026+ strategic foresight framework and methodology
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Mentor a team of futurists and strategic analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Experience managing distributed teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in future-oriented publications
