Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive market trends and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market disruption potential
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Author thought leadership content positioning the company as a 2026 innovation pioneer
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech, consulting, or R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' commercialization pathways
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFS)
- Fluency in at least one analytical framework (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Technology Readiness Levels)
