Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends across technology, markets, and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Conduct horizon scanning to detect disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, industry experts, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and strategic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
