Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG and UN SDG targets
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate global innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author annual Future Impact Reports for investor and stakeholder audiences
- Manage $2M+ R&D portfolio for emerging technology incubation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with proven 2020-2025 roadmap execution
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or tech publications
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
