Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) with 3-5 year predictive frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for C-suite executives across healthcare, finance, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author proprietary trend reports distributed to 10,000+ industry decision-makers
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 100 exposure
- Proven track record of trend-prediction accuracy (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
