Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion using futures methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce executive reports and thought leadership content on emerging disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D to identify and evaluate breakthrough innovations for commercialization
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Advise leadership on long-term strategic decisions and risk mitigation scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
