- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in

- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of 5-7 specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, product development, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven success launching minimum viable products within regulated industries
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for R&D
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
