Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and roadmap documents
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated impact on organizational strategy
- Experience developing and implementing strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
