Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology horizon scanning framework
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Architect innovation pipelines for AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator portfolio
- Represent the company at global future-tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex scenario modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (minimum 3 whitepapers)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Signal AI)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
