- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing concepts into development pipelines
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight initiatives' impact on business growth
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging tech breakthroughs (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Represent company at future-focused conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
