Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies across AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and mentor a cross-functional foresight team
- Author annual Innovation Outlook report for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or circular economy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or Foresight Practitioners)
