- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce foresight reports influencing R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Design human-centered approaches to technological adoption challenges
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable strategies
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal impact
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI trend analysis)
