- Develop strategic roadmaps for product development aligned with 2026 market projections

- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track impact through data-driven frameworks
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts

- Curate an internal innovation culture through mentorship and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech/healthcare sectors
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive technologies with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, System Dynamics)
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
