Responsibilities

- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author white papers on societal impacts of next-gen technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior futurists through our FutureWorks Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry white papers
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Global network of innovators and academic researchers
