Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with global sustainability targets
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Manage portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Present strategic vision to Fortune 500 partners and industry think tanks
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles across product lifecycles
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn tech experience
- Proven track record of launching products with 5-year market impact
- Expertise in future forecasting frameworks (scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and ESG compliance frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Fluency in at least two emerging tech domains (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
