Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Design and prototype future-state scenarios for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Publish thought leadership reports and speak at industry conferences on emerging futures
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or technology foresight at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, Web3, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published work in futurist journals or platforms (e.g., FutureScout, Techonomy)
