Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Design and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on future-proofing our infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) to solve complex business challenges.
- System Architecture: Design high-level architecture for scalable cloud-native systems and microservices.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business units to align technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and orchestration.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological trends and apply them to business strategy.
- Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
