Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, societal, and market domains to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business planning
- Produce high-impact future scenarios and white papers for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies and investment opportunities
- Advose on organizational resilience and adaptation frameworks for exponential change
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Experience with global trend data sources (e.g., Gartner, WEF, Deloitte Insights)
