Responsibilities

- Produce actionable reports and visualizations for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate 2026-viable innovations
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating long-term visions into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology roadmaps and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven presentation abilities
- Experience in agile environments balancing innovation with practical constraints
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
