Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing ethical AI policies for regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or practical implementation of explainable AI (XAI) techniques
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
