Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy to align with the company's 2026 vision and growth targets.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate complex AI solutions into scalable software architectures.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Prioritize technical debt reduction and ensure system robustness for high-volume production environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in the AI ecosystem, including Quantum Computing and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong track record of delivering production-ready AI products in a fast-paced startup environment.
