Responsibilities
- Forecast market disruptions and technological inflection points through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech integration into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Design organizational frameworks for exponential growth and adaptive resilience
- Present trend briefings to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Curate patent portfolios and IP strategy for emerging domains
- Mentor innovation fellows through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Published work on exponential technologies or trend analysis (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Experience with Delphi methods, causal layered analysis, or other futures research frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and futures simulation platforms
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
