Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with long-term societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business plans
- Author thought leadership reports and present to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups and acquisition targets
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker in futurism/innovation spaces
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven scenario modeling experience
