Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight framework
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into R&D pipelines
- Deliver quarterly strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce thought leadership content including trend reports and keynote presentations
- Drive organizational adoption of innovation methodologies and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-implementation projects
