- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for emerging tech R&D
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across enterprise divisions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS) or innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across global markets
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
